Learnmera Oy is a private language education and translation provider in the greater Helsinki area, which provides business language lessons, translations, and proofreading services. Courses are offered in the major Nordic and European languages, as well as beginners’ courses in English, Finnish, Swedish, French, German and Russian. Learnmera Oy has considerable experience in educational resource creation, website creation, and app content building as well as online vocational courses. Their free published language learning and cultural material online have had hundreds of thousands of downloads to this day. Learnmera Oy has been active within different European projects since 2008.
In addition to the above-mentioned services, Learnmera also provides IT services especially directed towards corporate clients and institutions that want to improve their customer interfaces and social media presence.

B-Creative Association
B-Creative is an association that are developing courses, event, workshops in different topics such as language learning, virtual travelling, education concepts and cultural concepts. B-Creative have a large network in Sweden and in Europe with NGOs, education organisations and associations.
The staff in B- Creative have experience of European projects, development of education material, marketing, networking and focus on the individual are central values for us.
The staff have earlier worked with development of education material for different target groups such as entrepreneur skills and ICT education and training.
B – Creative association have contacts with different education organisations, senior associations, women shelter and migrant associations.

Centre for Education and Innovation Research

Centre for Education and Innovation Research (CEIR) is a non-profit research institution in Riga, Latvia. CEIR motivation is “Innovation based Education”. CEIR executes a wide range of research activities focused on the advancement of higher, vocational, adult, school and youth education. For the investigation of inter-connections and regularities between education and innovation, CEIR stands on the pillars of Education, Research and Cooperation.
CEIR non-formal educational activities are aimed at the target groups of youth, seniors, young females, people with fewer opportunities, migrants as well as asylum seekers. Disadvantaged groups from remote and rural areas are also in the CEIR educational locus.
The CEIR research focuses on social inclusion as a goal of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development via non-formal education. Inclusive educational environment and flexible learning paths are under CEIR specific attention. CEIR trainings also require the analysis of the adaptation of ICT and Business Simulations (digital entrepreneurship) to learners’ needs in higher, vocational, adult and youth education. CEIR training programs for diverse target groups (about 200 learners in total every year) facilitate learners’ skills enhacement for impoving their employability, welfare, social inclusion and sustainability.

Island Panorama Centre iS a non governmental, non partisan,non profit and neutral centre based in Reykjavik,Iceland.It is an organisation that works to build a tolerant, non racial, non prejudiced, non descriminative society where social justice and equality exist for all.
The main objectives of the centre is to build a tolerant, non racial, non
prejudiced and non discriminative Icelandic society. We believe that free speech means being morally responsible in whatever we say or do. We therefore promote,encourage and campaign for diversity, inclusiOn, acceptance and underStanding. Our aim is to educate, support and train society in this respect.
We raise awareness and bring to focus the fact that various societal
influences are often the biggest obstacles and barriers that prevent us
from seeing the reality. We make it known that we have to free ourselves of these obstacles to avoid racism, discrimination, hatred, misunderstanding and prejudices.
We oppose segregation and welcome integration and inclusion in the real
sense of the word. We also keep track on government policies on immigration to be able to lobby, propose and implement necessary changes. We promote dialogues and resolve differences. We prefer to find solutions and implement practical measures where we differ.
We believe in using an attentive ear. We welcome suggestions, difference of opinions, doubts and questions.
Åland University of Applied Sciences

Åland University of Applied Sciences is located in the town of Mariehamn. It is a small university, which allows for close contact between teachers and students. Åland UAS offers degree programmes in Swedish in business administration, navigation, hospitality management, engineering (marine, electrical and IT) and health and caring sciences for a total of 600 students.
Åland Open University offers around 100 academic courses, lectures and seminars annually. Close cooperation and interaction with those working in the field and the community is essential.
